What do you need to register?
           *Completed Registration Form
           *Completed Payment Schedule Form
           *Your Child’s Birth Certificate
           *Registration Fee - $100.00
           *Your child must be up to date on their vaccinations (we will provide a medical form for your doctor to complete).

Enrollment begins in early January and ends when a class is full.
