What do I need to register my child for preschool?

*Completed Registration Form
*Completed Payment Schedule Form
*Your Child's Birth Certificate
*Registration Fee - $100.00
*Your Child must be up to date on their immunizations (we will provide a  medical form for your doctor to complete).

Enrollment begins in early January and ends when a class is full.
